We start with a conversation — your goals, your guests, your budget and the feeling you want the room to have. No briefs to write, no jargon required.
Within a week you receive a creative concept, a moodboard and a transparent, line-itemed proposal. One document, everything costed, nothing hidden.
Once approved, our team handles venue, vendors, staging, catering and entertainment — with a single point of contact and regular check-ins.
In the final stretch we manage load-in, technical rehearsals and the run-of-show so every cue, light and course is locked before doors open.
You arrive as a guest. Our production team runs the night end to end — you simply enjoy the moment you set out to create.

Isabelle founded Luminary in 2017 after a decade producing events for hotels and luxury brands. She leads every creative concept personally, and is known for finding the one detail that makes a room unforgettable.

Marcus turns concepts into reality. With a background in broadcast and live touring, he oversees staging, technical build and the run-of-show — the reason every Luminary event runs on time, on cue.
